6. How it shall be.

And now, just for a minute, we shall look in the future to see how our world during the Reason celebration era will be in general.

At first sight it can seem strange to a modern human... in today's understanding, we will almost not see traces of "civilization". The few remained cities collapse and grow with woods and jungle, serve as a subject of excursions for curious "stalkers"; automobile and rail roads, pipelines, power lines which were earlier excising Earth body, are absent, as well as noisy line aircrafts and airports; instead of them, silent "manned clouds", lighter than air, transfer people and small freights to any distances; compact mobile dwellings of people fit into surrounding landscape in woods, savannas and deserts, in steppes, mountains, at the sea and in air, all necessary for providing autonomous life is inside; a small amount of large technical devices and complexes are located underground or under water.

In general, there is relatively a little people on Earth, there are no density and an overpopulation as there is no senseless reproduction, and everyone chooses a dwelling to himself on temper, whether it would be Earth, Moon, Mars, Ganymede, or distant space.

Among people complete freedom of views and relations reigns, but everything is based on rationality, mutual respect and consent. Children use the maximum attention of parents on stages when care is necessary for them, then, moderately needed, support, advice and help in process of independent development.

People wear functional fitting clothes taking the form and color which is in harmony with the area; in itself, these clothes of silvery color, but work as a chameleon. These clothes provide thermal control and support of the main functions of an organism by means of simple additional equipment. Basic researches, space travel, enhancement of the knowledge and abilities, all types of creativity are the basics, which the people of the future are engaged in. They are practically free of illnesses, don't get old and almost don't die as the organisms are in a psychosomatic balance and complete harmony with the world around; if someone goes, then nobody makes a tragedy of it. Also, the development was gained by the transhumanism (h+) concept and the people who switched to Neorganic bodies don't need practically anything, except means for distant movements.

7 Down to the base, and then...? No way.

What is necessary to make it pass from the existing mess to future harmony? To destroy all around, and then to start everything from scratch?

No way! We have already experienced that. Any destruction of the existing order with no construction in advance, will lead to a retro jump in evolution, humanitarian disasters, loss of scientific, technical, resource potential which it is possible and necessary to use for creation of the above said harmony of the future. On postnuclear ruins, the survived "stalkers", would hae to begin a new a way of a civilization groth from near Neolithic level, but the mankind can fail to sustain such mockeries. It is necessary to keep and support the most of available structure, despite its imperfection – the civilization, as we have fir now – till the moment when the bases of a new better one are constructed. Due to the orientation on the autonomy, the new infrastructure is likely to be able be able to develop quickly enough.

It is necessary to begin with one or several enclave(s), "techno villages", where even no complete autonomy of dwellings may be at first, but the settlements shall be entirely capable to functioning, autonomous from external supplies, were internally self-sufficient; activity of the people in them shall be regulated by natural laws of the new civilization, and material requirements – are provided by means of a developed automation system; the name "techno village", in an antithesis to the 'ecovillages" existing nowadays where it's offered, generally a "return to the nature" and reducing automation and technology, implementing environment friendly, but in general – primitive, close to cave age design solutions for life support, requiring human labor; in case of transition to ecovillages, as a result we will receive almost the same, as in case of a technogenic collapse of a civilization: loss of knowledge, technologies and resources for development.

Creation of initial techno enclave is not a self-sufficient solution, but a preliminary step for creation of infrastructure of completely autonomous infrastructure of the future civilization. In the techno villages, will be necessary to create research and production objects which will be engaged in development and creation of primary samples of the basic structure units of the future. The techno-villages people will be able to groe up from the existing civilization, being ready to create this future; besides, settlements will accept, as far as possible, everyone to leave a deadlock civilization and to begin life according to the principles of the new one, and also these places will serve as a peculiar demonstration of how it is possible and necessary to live worthable for Homo Sapiens – without social oppression, threats, "danger" and the "safety" sold with their help on police clubs and handcuffs, aircraft carriers and nuclear submarines, without restacking tons of unnecessary pieces of paper for the sake of "work" and "employment" to escape from "unemployment" and to receive other pieces of paper, called money, by means of which farther to consume disposable products and "mass culture"; and, above all – it is possible and necessary to get rid of thoughtlessness and internal emptiness, to live a free, happy, creative life filled with knowledge and joy.
