5. Tasks for development and implementation.

So, the conditions keeping and supporting functions of one's body and also the minimum comfort providing if necessary some sleep and rest are necessary for existence to support to the human being in its natural condition. It means — food, water, clothes is necessary (as natural heat insulation for stabilization of temperature condition of an organism as the animals possessing a feather/scaly/woolen/fatty is inapplivable for us humans), and also some shelter from external irritants serving for sleep and rest, and also, in passing — for storage of objects and tools, production and storage of the same said food and clothes, and, so far as this shelter can and shall serve as the shelter from adverse factors of the external environment for a long time — there shall be means in it of ensuring the most primary requirement of an organisms, such as breath, and also means of waste recycling.

Besides, when all these requirements are be provided, there still are needed some means of ensuring other required activities: these are opportunities to move, the communication/messaging with each other, and some tools for creation/change of material forms.

It'd be logical to unite the most necessary part of these needs in the form of the dwelling which would also be an autonomous motional structure (and not, say, a cave or "apartment", since the anti-stationarity paradigm should be accepted as one of the basics), and, besides, this dwelling/structure would be capable to movement as need of a person for mobility along with other requirements is optimumally satisfied thus. As a result, we receive the idea of a design which I call — the Autonomous Manned Mobile Module (AMMM). See applications

Certainly, it doesn't exhaust all material designs and tools necessary for a new human civilization, but these are some of the basics. Also primary means of automated production — to harvset raw materials, completely automatic production of materials, nodes and details, assemblying, servicing and repair of modules will be required, also utilization of the weared parts and so on. Besides, primary production equipment shall reproduce and repair similar to it, the equipment for raw materials production, and all the of rest, in any applicable conditions.

Specific features and design of devices will be developed by creative groups, but already now it is possible to note some necessary features:

- all technical devices used by the human and methods of their use, shall exert the minimum impact on the habitat, including even its physical visibility and, surely the clean biosphere;

- all devices should be the most possibly reliable, also unified on nodes and details, durable; materials, nodes and details shall be completely able to be utilized;

- the total quantity of types and models of technical devices shall be the least minimum possible;

- as raw materials for creation of more complex ones, nodes and details the universal, fast-recovered resources (such air, water, average soil / rock) should be used.

- probably, plastic composites since they possess high and well controlled strength and other physical characteristics, also easily utilizable, shall become the most usable materials; in case of the corresponding production and conversion both the matrix, and a filler of a composite can be made of universal raw materials: hydrocarbonic polymers with additions of nitrogen, fluorine and some other elements can be made of air and water; silicon and some other the elements also applicable in various nodes and details, they are present at average soil or rock. At all these resources are contained in this raw, and some other other elements which can be necessary for separate materials, details and nodes.

The so-called "three-dimensional printer" will become the main device for forming of composite details, obviously: the design capable to create and form as a filler (carbon fiber, silicon fiber, boron threads, or other options), and a composite matrix, would it be plastic, synthetic pitches, and so on. Development and the choice as composite matrixes — such polymers which are harmless to the human and the environment is required and available.

Production of complex devices, including parts requiring machining, assembly of nodes and details in complete forms, and also dismantle of the machines which have worked out their resource, require creation of universal executive mechanisms.
