Introduction.
The question of the formation of phraseological units and their consolidation in the language system, is a very great interest for the reason that frazeologizatsiya - is a complex, multifaceted process. Researchers believe that the study of language phraseological system must take into account the diachronic and synchronic approaches: "Comprehensive analysis of the current state of the composition of idiomatic language is currently not possible without the knowledge of its history, without a consistent study of its various historical sections."
Works of literature, in turn, are direct reflectors of a revolution in the development of the history of language, because "in the works of great writers may find the place a subjective assessment of the quality and properties of the literary language of the time, related to measures to enrich and improve the language and views on construction tasks. "

This study investigates Shakespearianism, ie winged words or of phraseology borrowed from the works of William Shakespeare, the example of the tragedy of "Hamlet," one of the greatest creations of the greatest playwright.
The relevance of my research is due to the prevalence of English in today's world and the need for its precise understanding. We believe that idioms are not only reflect the culture and life of a language, but also help to make it the most expressive and emotional.
The aim of this work is to study the phraseological units of modern English language borrowed from the works of the great English playwright William Shakespeare.
To achieve this goal it is necessary to solve the following tasks:
understand the subject and objectives of phraseology;
analyze the equivalence to phraseologism
the word in the works of William Shakespeare;
show the way the appearance of phraseology in English.
