In fulfilling its purpose, ugc holds the following values:
Establish donation network of international and local donors, growers, retailers, wholesalers, and processors in Pakistan.
Build College Camps with Hostels and other utilities.
Effectively educate the girls of low-income families that make up over 20% of Multan District.
Acquire $250000000 of start-up funding through corporate, private charities, donors and government financial support.
To establish and expand UGC’s academic programs by setting up Schools and Departments and launching Programs such as medical school with the teaching hospital, School of Chemical Sciences, Economics, Management, Environmental Sciences, Home Economics, Social Sciences and Mathematical Sciences etc in future.
To strengthen research profile by establishing research groups in School Psychology, Entrepreneurship, Industrial Chemistry, Mathematics, Sustainable Development and Telecommunications.
Appoint the senior faculty by hiring Professors and Associate Professors in different academic departments.
Minimize income expenditure gap to become financially sustainable in the future.
Offer market driven as well as market-driving, state-of-the-art courses in modern disciplines with small class-size, comfortable environment, better facilities, modern equipment, and updated syllabi.

Objectives
Sustain program quality and program mix that supports economic development, address the skills shortage in Multan and provides the required skilled labor and leadership in economic redevelopment of the region.
Support continuous improvement of services, with a focus on student success and customer service.
Increase levels of research and innovation in support of federal and provincial strategies on economic development.
Continue with our revenue diversification strategy, including growth in International revenue.
This project IS conducted to meet the purpose of studying the possibility of establishing a private women college in Multan, Pakistan.
Another main consideration is the financial analysis by the calculation of a college system performance, the system performance was efficient, which would help decision making to invest or establish a private college in Multan, Pakistan. In operational part analyzed organizational chart, mission, vision, goals, objectives, strategic plans for establishing a private college in Pakistan, which would be fruitful for business plan of establishing a private college in Multan, Pakistan.
Besides the business plan, this project also emphasized the situation of private higher education, role of private higher education.
