Legal Status
NGO Legal Entity:
Introduction:
YLP is a Pakistani social, economical, educational, cultural, moral and nongovernmental (Youth) organization. It’s primarily involved in “Community \ Youth Development” through formal and informal education, youth activities and consultation of the youth \ people of low income groups and localities.
Pakistani Registration:
YLP was officially registered as non-governmental organization (NGO) by Government of Punjab (Pakistan) in October 03, 1987 under Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860. Its registration No is RP/560.

Enrollment:
YLP was enrolled as charity organization in August 20, 1991 with the Ministry of Youth Affairs Government of Pakistan. Its enrollment No. is F.7-13/89-NP

YLP and its officials are registered for National Tax No (NTN) with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Government of Pakistan for social work activities without accommodation N.E.C.
Affiliation:
YLP affiliated as youth organization in June 4, 1987 with All Pakistan Youth Federation (Including with National Youth Parliament and Punjab Youth Parliament). Its affiliation No. is APYF/R/726/87 of 1987
Proposed College Legal Entity:
The Union Women College will be registered in future after the establishment under the “Punjab Private Educational Institutional (Promotion & Regulation) Ordinance 1984 from the Education Department of Punjab. UGC will be affiliate with Higher Education Commission of Pakistan, Baha uddin Zikarya University Multan and Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Multan. National Tax Number (NTN) and other Tax Registration also will be done in future.
