II. Problem definition

The Paper should begin with the header located in the center of the page and typed in Times New Roman type 24 pt. Each word should begin with an uppercase letter.

The header the empty line should be typed in Times New Roman type 24 pt. Author’s names are given in the center of the page as follows: First name P. Last Name. Times New Roman type 11pt is used to type author’s names. If the author (co-author) is a member of the IEEE organization, this information is given after his/her name as follows: Member, IEEE. Times New Roman Italic type 11pt is used to type the IEEE status.

The Institution/Department of the authors (co-authors) should be started in the next line. If there are several co-authors working in different Institutions/Departments each Institution/Department should be written with a new line. The digital subscripts are used to indicate the author membership of an institute. Times New Roman 11pt should be used to type the name of the Institution/Department.

III. Theory

  1. Figure Design

All illustrations must be clear and of high quality. Color illustrations may be published if necessary. For this purpose the author should provide these illustrations with more than 300 dpi resolution and in CMYK palette. It is necessary to publish a color illustrations if colors carry some important information.

A figure should be grouped, saved as a picture in *.jpg or *.tiff format and then put in the paper text. A figure should be put in the text directly. It is not acceptable to put a figure over the text. If a picture is created with Microsoft Office tools, it is necessary to group and to convert it in *.pdf document. Then a figure picture should be copied from this document to the paper text as a photo using the “Print Screen” key.

Fig. 1. Example of figure design.

A figure should be centered in the column. It is not acceptable to put a legend on a figure. Legends are typed in the paper text. Times New Roman 8 pt is used to type legend. It should be centrally aligned (see Fig.1). There is an empty line (6 pt) after a legend. It is acceptable to use only “Fig.” abbreviation for reference to the figure.

If a figure size exceed the column width it is necessary to compress a figure size to the column width if possible. If it is not possible because of too large figure size or too fine details it is acceptable to remain a figure unchanged. In this case a figure should be put in one column in the centre of the page. It is acceptable to put all figures at the end of the paper, if the sense of a paper is retained.

  1. Table Design

Tables are numbered in Roman figures in order of their appearance in the text. The word ‘Table’ is typed in uppercase letter. Times New Roman 10pt is used for this purpose. The word ‘Table’ is placed to the middle of the column. The table title is placed in the middle of the next line. The table title should correspond to the table content. Times New Roman 8pt is used for typing the table title. The table title is typed by the uppercase letter. The first letter of each word in the title of table should be typed in Times New Roman 10pt.

A number of table columns and rows is reasonable determined by the author. Times New Roman 8pt is used for typing the table content (see Table I). The Table is placed in the middle of the column. There is an empty line (8 pt) before the table. The left alignment should be used within the table.
