Abstract – The paper must be prefaced by the abstract. Main results represented in the paper should be briefly summarized. Times New Roman Bold 9pt is used to write the abstract, the word ‘Abstract’ is written by Times New Roman Bold Italic 9pt. An empty line should follow the abstract (Times New Roman 9pt). Index Terms should be given in the next line (5 words at most).

I. Introduction

_THE FIRST letter of the paper text should be typed in a dropped capital in a two line proportion. The first 1-2 words of the text are typed in the uppercase letters starting with the second letter of the first word. The rule of the paper design is the same for English and Russian version.

The paper text is typed in Microsoft Word XP/2003/2007 or in OpenOffice.org 3.2 Writer on paper size А4 (210297) by Times New Roman 10 pt. The top margin should be set to 2 cm, the bottom margin should be set to 1.5 cm. The left and the right margin should be set to 1 cm. The paper text should be divided into two columns. The space between the columns must equal to 0.5 cm. The single interval is used for typing the paper text. The first line indent should equal to 3 mm. The justified alignment should be used in the paper text.

The paper text must be divided into sections. The standard section titles (“Introduction”, “Problem Definition”, “Theory”, “Experimental results”, “Discussion of Results”, “Conclusions”) should be used. Other section titles may be used if necessary.

The “Introduction” section should contain the overview of literature in relation to the paper subject. The problem definition should follow this overview. The research task should be formulated explicitly. The technicalities should be used for formulation the research task. Theoretical and experimental investigations should be described in the “Theory” and the “Experimental Results” section respectively. All scientific results or part of them are proposed for discussion by the authors in the section “Discussion Results”. From scientific ethical point of view is not allowed to publish another author’s results without the reference to the sources cited.

All sections are numbered in the Roman figures. The section title is located in the middle of the column. An uppercase letter (Times New Roman 10 pt) is used for typing the section titles. Each word of the section title should begin with an the uppercase letter (Times New Roman 11pt). The word division is not permitted in the section titles. A period should not be used in the section title. The interval before a section title should be 18 pt. The interval after a section title should be 6 pt.

The subsections should be named in alphabet letters. The interval before a subsection should be 12 pt. The interval after a subsection should be 6 pt. Use Times New Roman Italic 10pt for the title of subsections.
