Many companies send interoffice messages through the computer. Messages Sent by computer are called Electronic Mail or E-Mail. A company can link all its employees in one office by a computer or it can link its employees in offices around the country by a computer. There are usually six parts to an E-Mail transmission: the sender’s name, date and the time are usually supplied by the computer. You only type in the name of the person receiving the message, the subject and the message.
