9.3. Schedule of daily planting
Pits and seeds of fruit trees and vegetables are to get planted daily into to pots and buckets. Seedlings must be protected by mosquito screens. It’s also very important to have cats to protect plants from rodents. Everyday watering, taking care and watching after seedlings is a must. Information must be updated in a journal daily. Daily planting starts after developing a scheduled plan of planting. All plants must be protected from animals and registered in database.
10. Conditions of placement and running of a recycling complex. Total costs.
Area of land (former rubbish dump): from 4000 m2 with a building of 6 floors (30 x 30 meters), total building area of 6300 m2 + loading/unloading zone (with access roads) of 3000 m2.
Water volumes: 6000 liters/daily for sanitary needs and equipment.
Daily waste arrivals: 550 tons, or 2700 m3 daily.
Staff: 117 people.
Total costs of equipment (including delivery, installation and customs affairs): 30 000 000 roubles approximately.
Total construction costs (building of recycling comlex, 6 floors) - 17 280 000 roubles.
Payback time: 4,5 years.
