Family relations.

A	The family plays a very important role in everybody’s life. Labour achievements, mood and what is called happiness depend on family relations.	1	Только когда каждый в семье думает о счастье других близких, семья будет счастливой. Дети любят своих родителей, уважают и слушаются их.
B	Both husband and wife must create their happiness together. A happy marriage means that husband and wife are able to understand each other.	2	Поэтому, создание счастливой семьи сложное дело, но всё зависит только от вас самих.
C	It’s really very difficult to keep up a marriage without mutual understanding. When a family is happy, it means that all the members of the family trust each other, tell each other about their joys and sorrows.	3	Работа по дому может занимать много времени. F	Only when each member of the family thinks about the happiness of the others the family will be happy. The children love, respect and obey their parents.	6	Семья играет важную роль в жизни любого человека. Успехи в труде, настроение и то, что называют счастьем, всё зависит от семейных отношений.
G	Clever and understanding parents are always ready to help and find the way out. We always know there will still be a family to turn to for love, support and understanding.	7	Действительно очень сложно сохранить брак без взаимопонимания. Когда семья счастлива, это значит, что все члены семьи доверяют друг другу, рассказывают о своих радостях и печалях.

Text: My Family.

My family is not very large, just a typical family: Dad, Mom, me, my brother and sister and our cat. My Mum is 41. She is not tall. She is slim and pretty. She has got long fair hair and blue eyes. She is very kind, caring and understanding. She’s a teacher of Spanish at the University. Her hobby is cooking. My Dad is 42. He is tall, well-built and handsome. He’s got short dark hair, thick moustache and brown eyes. He is clever, responsible and creative. He is a professional painter; he works for a design company. My parents both like their work very much. My elder sister Natasha is 19, she goes to the university. She wants to become an accountant. She is fond of dancing. My younger brother Igor is only 6 years old, he goes to the kindergarten. I like to spend my free time teaching him something. Igor likes to play with our cat. My grandparents are retired. They like gardening. They spend a lot of time in the garden. They grow vegetables and fruits. I love my family very much. We always help each other and share all our troubles and joys.

У меня есть две бабушки и два дедушки. Я счастлив. 13. - Твоя тётя замужем? – Да, её муж – электрик. 14. - У вас есть родственники в Англии? – Нет. Наши родственники в Америке.

Greetings from Gelendzhik! It’s hot and sunny and we are having a great time!

We are staying at my aunt and uncle’s house. It’s quite near the sea! My sister Susan and our cousins are playing volleyball at the beach now. My father is mending his car at the garage. My mum and aunt are cooking dinner in the kitchen and I’m making a present for my uncle’s birthday. I’m going to glue a ship model for him. You know, he has a rich collection of ship models.
