CA:- Can I ask you to follow the Ural Airlines instructions concerning your pet?

P:- What is it?

CA:- Please keep your pet in the closed box (cage) during the whole flight. Please keep the pet muzzled and do not feed it.

P:- OK

P:- Stewardess, is baby-cot available on board your aircraft?

CA:- Certainly. We fix baby cot to this bulkhead after the Fasten Seatbelt sign is off.

P:- I understand.

CA:- Can I ask you to follow safety instructions?

P:- What instructions?

CA:- When the Fasten Seatbelt sign is on hold your baby on the lap outside the seatbelt. Do not put your seatbelt around your baby. We have a special seatbelt for your baby.

P:- That is clear. I want to swaddle my baby.

CA:- Rear lavatory is equipped with a baby diaper changing table.

CA:- Would you like to read, sir?

P:- Yes,(No, thank you.)

CA:- I can offer you newspapers, magazines in Russian, English, French, German. What and in which language would you like to read?

P:- Please a magazine in English and a Russian newspaper.

CA:- There you are. And for you?

P:- I prefer something in English too. Have you got anything?

CA:- Certainly, but all is taken now. Would you wait for a little?

P:- Of course.

CA:- Here is the newspaper in English. I’m sorry to have kept you waiting (so long).

P:- That’s all right.

CA:- Would you care for a magazine, madam?

P:- Do you have a magazine in English which is very interesting and well-illustrated?

CA:- Yes. I can offer you “Ural Airlines” magazine.

P:- Is it the latest issue?

CA:- Yes, it is the freshest issue.

P:- I care for a child’s book. Have you got anything for children?

CA:- Yes, we have. Here it is.

P:- Thank you

P: - It’s very hot and stuffy here

CA: - If you adjust the nozzle you can control the level air conditioning.

P: - I can’t read my book.

CA: - This Switch Button controls your individual reading light. It is on the headset above you.

P: - How can I call you if I need anything?

CA: - If you press this button one of us will come to your assistance.

P: - I’m sorry to trouble you.

CA: - No trouble at all. What can I do for you?

P: - Could you tell me how to recline a seatback?

CA: - This button is for fixing the backrest of your seat in the comfortable position.

CA: -Are you in trouble finding your seat, madam?

P: - My seat is occupied by this man. Can you help me?

CA: -I’m sorry, sir, but I need to see your boarding card. I’m sorry, you are in the wrong seat. You have seat 15B. It isn’t a window seat. Please change your seat with the passenger next to you.

P: - I’m not sure what to do with my coat

CA: -You can leave it with me, I’ll hang it in the wardrobe compartment.

P: - Where can I place my hand baggage?

CA: -You may place it in the overhead stowage bins or under the seat in front of you.

PAX: - Excuse me, where can I place my baby carriage?

CA: -Leave it here, please. We’ll take it to the baggage compartment.

PAX: - But I’ll need it when we arrive.

CA: -Don’t worry, we’ll give your baby carriage back at the stairs after arrival.

CA: A blanket and a pillow for your child, please.

P: Thank you. Can I have a blanket too?

CA: Unfortunately, the number of blankets is limited, but if you feel cold I’ll ask captain to adjust the temperature.

P: Could I ask you to make it warmer in the cabin?

CA: Of course, madam.
