Case

Logytom made such advertising on the radio: “(1) Those, who put sticker (наклейку) on his(her) car “Logytom is No. 1,” and (2) be the first to find a special car of Logytom, location of which will be announced on the radio “Eutopa Plus” every 3 hours, shall receive a computer for free (бесплатно).

Damir was putting sticker “Logytom is No. 1” on his car, and suddenly he saw the Logytom car right before him. He started to follow it, and switched on Eutopa Plus. The Logytom car stopped, Eutopa Plus started to announce the location. Damir came to the car, and demanded the computer. He was first to approach (подойти) the car

Logytom refuses to give Damir the computer. They claim he cheated (обманул). And anyway, they have the right to give the computer to anyone they want. It is their computer.
