В Швеции мы называем человека инвалидом, если у него или нее есть проблемы в повседневной жизни по физическим или психологическим причинам.
Инвалиды должны жить нормальной жизнью в Швеции, по крайней мере, в материальном отношении.
Физически или умственно неполноценный – это состояние, причиной которого может быть большое количество заболеваний, несчастные случаи или условия общества.
Мы используем концепт “увечье” или “физически неполноценный” в повседневной жизни как синоним для “функционально неспособный”.
