1. Payment conditions (term, documents, etc): .  2. Carriage is performed under conditions of CMR Convention. During performance of this Carriage Contract, the Carrier must have a valid carrier’s CMR insurance policy, licenses and permits, necessary for the legal performance of above carriage.  3. The Customer undertakes to organize loading and customs clearance (if needed) within   hours from the moment of vehicle arrival at the loading place, including cargo fixing and sealing works.  4. The Customer undertakes to perform unloading and customs formalities (if needed) within   hours from the moment of vehicle arrival at customs destination place or delivery place.  5. If the terms set out in clauses 3-4 ate exceeded, the Customer shall pay to the Carrier downtimes -   for each working day.  6. The Carrier shall immediately inform the Customer about all circumstances of the carriage, when he suspects the threat to timely and safely delivery of cargo.  7. The Carrier undertakes to provide for loading/unloading a clean, without additional smells vehicle of a good technical condition, have TIR Carnet with him (if needed), international CMR consignment, valid CMR insurance policy, all permits necessary for international carriage.  8. The carrier is obliged to arrive at the loading/unloading point at a specified time. Date and time must be specified in the CMR. The carrier is obliged to monitor loading/unloading. The cargo must match the records in the CMR. The carrier is responsible for damaged cargo, incorrect placement of the cargo. In case of delay to the loading/unloading point, the carrier pays a fine in value of   for each working day.  9. The Carrier is liable for cargo from the moment of its acceptance till transfer, as well as delay of cargo delivery under conditions of CMR Convention. The Carrier shall not be liable for quantity of cargo, if it is delivered without damaged seals, for internal state and quantity of units of cargo, if cargo packing is not damaged.  10. Customer is responsible for supplying the load to start loading, unloading, damaging the vehicle during loading or unloading, customs and other formalities, paperwork, instructing the Carrier of the properties of cargo and necessary measurement needed for secure transportation of the load (attachment, etc.), payment for transportation, etc.  11. The Customer shall pay a fine to the Carrier for non-submission of cargo for loading –   from the carriage price. If cargo loading is delayed for more than 2 days from the loading date and time, set out in the Carriage Contract, the Carrier has the right to refuse from order performance and the Customer in such case pays a fine for vehicle downtime under clause 5 and additionally a fine for non-submis-sion of cargo.  12. The Carrier has the right to refuse to perform cargo carriage or increase carriage price, if the cargo does not conform to the covering documents or information on the cargo, submitted by the Customer  13. The Carrier does not have the right to perform any payments on behalf of the Customer without receiving written confirmation of the such authority.
