Conclusion
While reading the book, at every page the story makes you come out against the regime described. At the beginning you hope for the happy end, but further and further author shows the reader that it can be worse. No doubt Orwell wanted to draw attention to his own frightening conclusions about the world thirty-five years ahead. Even today, the novel remains a message forewarning of what might someday occur.
This book would be interesting and exciting for all who are interested in the phenomenon of political despotism and the contest between capitalists’ and socialists’ worlds. There are mentioned a lot of events that may characterize the dynamics of development of the present society.
It is worth saying that the novel has turned over some of my representations of the modern political world and has opened my eyes to the possible continuation of the USSR worldwide ideology that would brought many countries into unbearable conditions of living. I would advice to read this book for the purpose of imagining how severe the government will act if they need from you the excessive obedience and of comprehending of the feelings of people of 1950s face to face with the overhanging threat of socialism.
