Summary
Based on the analysis conducted in section 3, the need to improve personnel management system for Alpha LLC was discovered. The company faced the problem of normalization of managerial work, problem of incentives and meeting the different needs of employees and managers at various levels of management, problem of personnel training and other problems. Therefore it was decided to implement a new software that would be more focused on HR than existing systems. The next step to improve the automation of HR management was the choice of the most functional and cost-effective software between «SAP R/3» and «1C: Payroll and Personnel Management 8».
Both programs implement tools such as personnel selection, professional development of personnel, planning personnel costs, management of rewards, keeping records of several organizations, etc. The previous software was unable to provide it.
The cost of implementing and maintaining of these systems have played a decisive role in the choice of software. The total cost of implementing «SAP R / 3" totaled 131 thousand 860 UAH, which is almost four times higher than the costs of implementation and use of «1C: Payroll and Personnel Management 8».
According to international experience in Europe and in the U.S. the most popular system in the field of automation of personnel management is «SAP R/3", while many enterprises in Ukraine use the "1C" system, which is more adapted to our laws and business policies.
