Платники податків, які надають перевагу медичним послугам у приватній системі, водночас мають сплачувати податок і до державної системи охорони здоров’я.

Варто зазначити, що національна система охорони здоров’я відіграє унікальну роль у підготовці медичних професіоналів у Великій Британії.

PAST PERFECT SIMPLE.

PAST PERFECT CONTINUOUS

We use the Past Perfect Simple to talk about any action that hap­pened in the past before another action (we use the Past Simple here) or before any episode in the past. We often use it with before, until and after.

The National Health Service Act was brought into operation af­ter it had received the Royal Assent in 1948.

We use the Past Perfect Continuous to talk about the duration of an action which started and finished in the past before another past action or a stated time in the past usually with since or for.

They had been working on new Health Service Law for more than 2 years.

It had received.

Had it received? — Yes, it had./No, it hadit ’t.

It had not (hadn’t) received.

They had been working.

Had they been working? — Yes, they had./No, they hadn’t.

They had not (hadn’t) been working.

lFind sentences in the Past Perfect Simple and Past Perfect Continuous. Translate them into Ukrainian.
