What are your favourite classes/ subjects?
What do you like doing in your free time?
Interlocutor card
Task 1 (3 – 3.5 min)
Let the student talk for 1.5 – 2 minutes.
Ask only those questions which the student has not covered while giving a talk.
What is your favourite type of music?
Has your taste in music ever changed over the years? Why/ why not?
Where do you like to listen to music?
Do you like to listen to music with or without your friends?
All of these ideas must be covered.
Finally, you must ask each student the following question:
Why do many teenagers like listening to music?
SKILLS TO BE TESTED:
The student is expected to demonstrate her/his ability to:
speak at length elaborating on the topic;
produce coherent utterances;
give reasons;
use accurate grammar structures and a good range of vocabulary appropriate to the context and function.
