Exercise 1 Learn the conversation. Then act it out.

Susan: Hello!

Bob: Hi, Susan, I’m glad to see you. How are you?

Susan: I'm fine, thanks. And how are you?

Bob: Not bad, thank you.

By the way, this is Thomas.

Susan: Hello Thomas. Nice to meet you.

Thomas: Hello Susan. Nice to meet you.

Susan: Where’re you from, Thomas?

Thomas: I’m from Munich.

And you’re from London, aren’t you?

Susan: No, I’m not. Actually, I’m from Manchester.

Anyway, have a nice evening!

Bob: Thank you. You too.

Susan: Bye. See you next week.

Bob: Good bye.

Thomas: I was happy to meet you, Susan!

Susan: I was glad to meet you.

Exercise 2. Make a plural form of the following nouns.

e.g. – A doctor – doctors, an army – armies.

Exercise 3. Make a plural form of the following word-combinations.

Exercise 4. Write down the following sentences in the plural form.
