Заключение.

Юридический перевод считается одним из наиболее сложных видов перевода. Во многом это обусловлено тем, что при переводе юридических текстов, нужно учитывать особенности каждой страны и использовать характерные для нее юридические формулировки. Так же необходимо владеть специальной лексикой и знать об особенностях использования юридической терминологии.

Юридические тексты в силу своего предназначения должны быть точными и достоверными; они предписывают определенную форму действий и формулируют принципы разрешения спорных ситуаций, вырабатывают правила социального поведения в обществе.

passed performance and quality assurance tests or

qualification requirements stipulated in regulations such as

a building code or that it complies with a set of regulations

governing quality and minimum performance requirements.

Product design - is concerned with the efficient and effective generation and

development of ideas through a process that leads to new products

Quality control – a control of the relative quality of a manufactured product,

usually by statistical sampling techniques

Trade - is the transfer of ownership of goods and services from one person to

another

Trademark - is a distinctive sign or indicator used by an individual, business

organization, or other legal entity to identify that the products or

services to consumers originate from a unique source, and to

distinguish its products or services from those of other entities.

Warranty - is a promise that the buyer's title to a parcel of land will be defended.

Wholesaling - the sale of goods in large quantities, as for resale by a retailer.
