Conclusion.
Globalization has become an important aspect of the real modern world system, one of the most influential forces shaping the future course of our planet. And the more important for developing countries to have an effective state system with a strong and independent power, as the agents of globalization are increasingly imposing their ideals to other countries, without regard to national sovereignty and cultural identity of the latter. In short, they are the following: all owe committed to democracy, free markets and openness. This system of values and attitudes, the founder and an active promoter which has historically made the West, has been widely adopted in the modern world.
The costs and benefits of globalization are distributed unevenly among the participants. Increase productivity, reduce costs, increase income and wealth at one pole is achieved at the cost of uncertainty, risk, inequality, poverty on the other. We need new functional forms and mechanisms for harmonization of national economic interests, national policies and actions to resolve conflicts, protect weaker partners and sanctions against those who violate the generally accepted rules of the game.
Globalization requires proper thinking approach to the world as a unified whole, which is essential for the management of the universal problems and permanent political dialogue on vital areas of common security and cooperation, especially in the scientific and economic spheres.
