Cleaning and care

How to use and maintain:

•Converse when the called party answers.

Note:

•If your telephone is connected to PBX, please refer to «Pause» feature description.

•While you connected to busy line, you can make a call to the number last called by pressing the «Redial» button without Hook-flashing.

Flash

If your telephone is connected to PBX, it can be used conveniently when you want to transfer present call to other extention number. (Flash Time: 300ms Option: 640ms)

•While connected a line, press Flash button.

And then, present call is into Hold status, and you hear a Dial tone..

•Dial a desired extension number.

•If the extension number is busy, you can reconnect to original calling party by pressing Flash button again.

•If the extension number answers or when you hear a ringback tone forwarding to the extension number, hang up to complete the call transfer.

Pause

If your telephone is connected to PBX, this function button allows you to use Last Number Redial feature.

•After dialing a PBX Code to seize CO line, press Pause button. Then, it provides pause time about 2.2 seconds.

•Dial a desired external party.

•In this case, if you want to make a phone call to the number last called, lift handset and press Redial button. See Last Number Redial feature.

Pulse to Tone Switchover

While in the pulse mode, press «*» button before or during dialing, and then, the dialing mode will be changed from Pulse to Tone mode. If you press and release the Hook—Switch, the dialing mode will return to Pulse mode.

The working life of this set is 5 years since the date of delivery to the consumer.

1. Press (TIME) key to enter Calendar/Time mode.

4. Press (TIME) key and then (SET) key to enter Calendar/Time Setting Mode. Display will start flashing from hour.

Press «set» to select the setting mode and then press ( ) or ( ) to set correct time and date.

«setting mode sequence : (hour) c => (minute) => (second) => (year) => (month) => (date)

Press on the «% 12/24 hr» key to switch the mode between 12-hr and 24-hr time display.

Time Setting Mode

a.HOME TIME SETTING (For example HONG KONG). After CALENDAR/ TIME SETTING, press (HKG) key, and then (SET) key to set HONG KONG as HOME TIME.
