The traffic anchor is reporting the news. Its a tought row to hoe (стоять перед трудной задачей) out there today so let me clue you in on (поделиться , подсказать, рассказать) what's happening on the highways. Due to rush hour (година пік) , traffic is heavy right now with a lot of slow-and-go. You may even find yourself at a dead stop (полная остановка) as you work your way down (снизить ход вашего дня, замедлить ваш день) to the commercial district. The bunch-up (потесниться) is due to the numerous rubberneckers (любопытные люди) gawking at the tangle (путаница) between a pickup (случайные пассажиры) and a big rig on I-5 (большая упряжка). Both vehicles spun out (сэкономили) and got into a fender bender but are now off on the right shoulder (обочина). Police will be arriving on the scene (место происшедствия) shortly so heads up (возглавляет). You should find yourselves moving at the quick clip (убегать, быстро бежать) once you leave the city as traffic starts to break up (разбивать, прекращать) . You'll have a clear shot (четкий вид, диапазон,радиус действия) for a few miles then traffic will pick up (снова найти) again due to a bottleneck (пробка) on the highway. We'll keep tabs on (следить за) the traffic conditions for you every 20 minutes.

The traffic anchor is reporting the news. Its a difficult job driving (тяжелая работа управления автомобилем) out there today so let me inform you about (проинформировать вас о) what's happening on the highways. Due to everyone leaving work at the same time (каждый уходит с работы в тоже время) , traffic is congested (дорожная пробка) right now with a lot of braking and accelerating (торможение и ускорение). You may even find yourself at a complete stop (полная остановка) as you slowly approach (медленное приближение) the commercial district. The congestion (пробка, затор) is due to the numerous spectators (зрители, наблюдатели) gawking at the accident (авария) between a pickup truck (грузовой автомобиль малой грузоподъемности) and a big commercial truck (большой торговый автомобиль) on Interstate 5 (международная автомагистраль). Both vehicles lost control (потерял контроль) and got into a small accident (небольшая авария) but are now off on the right edge of the highway (обочина дороги). Police will soon be arriving where the accident occurred (где произошла авария) so be alert (будьте бдительны). You should find yourselves moving at a quick pace (темп) once you leave the city as traffic starts to diminish (уменьшаться) . You'll have an unobstructed passage (беспрепятственный проход) for a few miles then traffic will increase (увеличиваться) again due to merging lanes (слияние полос) on the highway. We'll keep a close surveillance on (тщательное наблюдение) the traffic conditions for you every 20 minutes. |
