Letters of credit
Letters of credit may be either revocable or irrevocable. The revocable letter of credit carries a risk to the seller. It may be amended or (1) … at any moment without prior notice to the beneficiary. The irrevocable letter of credit can neither be (2) … nor cancelled without agreement of all parties.
