8.1.3. Working up of the results and their interpretation

8.1.3.1. Working up of the results.

  • Calculate the quantity of Voll effect in % in a background measure. Put down the result in column 5, table 21.

  • Calculate the quantity of Voll effect in % in a control measure. Put down the result in column 8, table 21.

  • Calculate the difference (Δ in % between maximum indexes of BAP activity in background and control measures. Put down the result in column 10, table 21.

  • Calculate the difference (Δ in % between the indexes of Voll effect in background and control measures. Put down the result in column 10, table 21.

8.1.3.2. The interpretation of the results. While interpreting the results of the diagnostics of regulating and self-regulating influences on soma you should take into account the orientation and the quantity of changes which took place due to these influences.

  • If the absolute index of BAP activity became closer to the optimum quantity due to the influence (i.e. became closer to 25) – it testifies about the possible effect of the influence.

  • If the absolute index of BAP activity moved away from the optimum quantity due to the influence (i.e. moved away from 25) – it testifies about the negative effect of the influence.

  • If, under the influence, Voll effect decreased – it testifies about the positive effect of the influence.

  • If, under the influence, Voll effect increased – it testifies about the negative effect of the influence.

  • The above mentioned background parameters due to influences should be interpreted with the help of universal diagnostic scale of asymmetries and deltas (see 2.1., appendix 2)

8.1.4. Some possible ways of practical usage of the method and the results of the diagnostics

The methods and the results of the diagnostics of regulating and self-regulating influences on soma can be used:

8.1.4.1. For producing a feedback while correcting the therapeutic, preventive, hygienic, improving, developing influences in the institutions of health services, education, sports, armed forces and others.

8.1.4.2. For individual selection of above-mentioned influences in the process of individual treatment, training and development of people.

8.1.4.3. For revealing the individual somatic features of people with the purpose of personnel selection.

8.1.4.4. For estimating the influence of ecological factors on a person’s health during ecological measures.

8.1.4.5. The methods of the diagnostics of self-regulating influences on soma can be used to train safety techniques, hygiene, physical culture, health, improvement, etc.

§2. The diagnostics of regulating and self-regulating influences on psycho-physiological and psychological characteristics

8.2.1. The procedure of the diagnostics of regulating and self-regulating

Influences on psycho-physiological characteristics

This diagnostics should be made only in relation to the activation and FAH, because nervous system characteristics can not be corrected.

8.2.1.1. For diagnosing the regulating influences on activation and FAH you should:

  • make background measures of situative activation and FAH according to 1.2., chapter VII. Put down the results in columns 2, 3 and 4, table 22;

  • after making the regulating influences (for example, functional music, suggestive or bioenergy influence, etc.) make a control measure of activation and FAH. Put down the results in columns 6, 7 and 8, table 22.

8.2.1.2. The procedure of the diagnostics of self-regulating influences is made by analogy. The only difference is that the control measure is made not after the regulating, but after the self-regulating influence (for example, after the auto-suggestion, mental representations of visual images, inner acoustic imaginations, etc.)

8.2.1.3. Another variant of the procedure of the diagnostics of regulating and self-regulating influences is making the measurement not before or after the influence, but during the influence (for example, while listening to functional music or during auto-suggestion).

In this case the examinee presses lamellar electrodes during the whole period of regulating and self-regulating influences. The results can be issued in the form of a diagram, you should mark the time of the influence (in seconds) on a horizontal axis and the deflection of the indicators’ needles – on the vertical axis.
