2. Apartment Description
The penthouse apartment is a luxurious 175M² living space, which has been professionally decorated in top quality furnishing and bedding(постельные принадлежности).

Finally there is an electronic safe(электронный сейф) in each of the master & second bedrooms to store valuables.
It is fully and comprehensively(всесторонне) air conditioned. On the first floor, there is a large lounge(гостиная), two terraces, kitchen, breakfast bar, bathroom with walk in shower and two bedrooms.
On the upper level, there is a huge master bedroom(спальня), 36M² sun terrace(терраса для загара) and master bathroom, with Jacuzzi bath & walk in shower.

The first floor consists of (состоит из )a large lounge and open plan kitchen, plus the two double bedrooms equipped with two double beds, shower room and toilet. The lounge area has Satellite TV(Спутниковое ТВ) offering(предлагающий) many Digital Satellite Channels, DVD and CD player and opens onto a 10 sq m terrace area. A homely inviting atmosphere has been created by the use of top quality ceramic floor(высокого качества керамический пол) tiles(кафель) and skirting(плинтус) throughout the lounge. Decorative cornice in the hall and lounge areas complete the luxurious detail, completed by the modern hanging(висящее) lighting.
The kitchen is fully equipped with top quality appliances(прибор, устройство) from Siemens. There is an oven & hob(конфорка), toaster, washing machine, dishwasher and large fridge. It is also equipped with a full range of cutlery(ножевые изделия) and kitchen tools if you decide to eat in rather than at one of the many restaurants and bars in the area. The kitchen doorway leads onto a terrace area which is equipped with table and chairs to allow you to dine on the terrace overlooking the pool. There is also a breakfast bar and stools(табурет) if you prefer to eat inside. The apartment is equipped with Smoke detectors in Hall and Communal area for safety.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Bedroom 1 Measures(меры) 29 square metres and opens with patio открытый внутренний двор) doors onto a huge 36 square metre terrace area. This terrace has sun bed loungers and comfortable table and chairs which are ideal for playing cards and relaxing on in the pleasant Turkish evenings. The bedroom is equipped with an "Emperor" size bed – 6ft 6" wide and 6ft 6" long (2M X 2M). It has its own air conditioning unit(блок), plus a wardrobe which has drawer(выдвижной ящик) and shelf space, plus a lockable safe for your valuables. There is also a dressing table. There is also a travel cot(детская кроватка) available.
Bedroom 2 is equipped with two double beds, fitted(установлены) wardrobes, air conditioning unit, bedside cabinet, and has a good size balcony overlooking the pool. This bedroom is also fitted with contemporary sunken ceiling spot lights with a dimmer(реостат для регулирования силы света лампы) switch for more mellow(спокойный, нежный, мягкий) lighting.
Bedroom 3 is also equipped with two double beds, double wardrobes, air conditioning unit and bedside cabinet. Again, this room is fitted with contemporary sunken ceiling spot lights and numerous plug sockets(разетка).
Bathroom 1 is another huge room and is luxuriously fully tiled(черепичный). It is equipped with a corner shaped "Jacuzzi" spa bath, toilet, basin and walk in "wet room" power shower. The wall unit is equipped with power for electric razor(бритва).
Bathroom 2 The smaller bathroom serves the two bedrooms on the ground floor of the apartment. It is luxuriously fully tiled(выложены) an offers a walk in "wet room" power shower, sink and WC.
