7a Read what Tom says about his home city, Bradford, and fill in the chart.
I live in Bradford, which is in the north of England. It's not exactly Paris or Venice, but I like it all the same! We've got the National Museum of Photography, one of the best museums in the country. And the artist David Hockney was born here. There's a Hockney gallery at Salt Mills, four miles north of the City. The centre is quite polluted, but there are some very attractive buildings, like the Alhambra Theatre, among all the grimy ones. There are loads of ethnic shops and restaurants. The city is famous for its curries. It has to be said, however, that the nightlife isn't great. If you're looking for a big night out, catch the train to Leeds!
