As requested in your letter we have given priority to Contract No...
We have every reason to believe that we will be able to meet the delivery date. The goods are ready for dispatch. We would be glad to have your instructions. We have already advised you that the outstanding balance is being delivered now and the contract will be completed by the middle of this month. |
Нам удалось выполнить все наши контрактные обязательства. Мы имеем удовольствие подтвердить, что Ваш заказ выполнен и ожидает отправки с нашего завода. В соответствии с просьбой, изложенной в Вашем письме, мы уделили первостепенное внимание Контракту №... У нас есть все основания полагать, что мы сможем уложиться в сроки поставки. Товары готовы к отправке, мы будем рады получить Ваши инструкции. Мы уже сообщили Вам, что непоставленный остаток (товар) уже отправляется, и контракт будет завершен к середине месяца. |
4. Продление сроков поставки
We would like to have your confirmation that you agree to the delivery date being extended to 15th February without the penalty clause applied. We wish to explain why there was a delay in shipment of... We apologize for the delay which was due to circumstances beyond our control.
We regret to inform you that there will be a hold-up in getting your consignment to you. Unfortunately we have run out of the material you asked for. As you have particularly requested only this material we will not offer a substitute, but hope we will get delivery of a new consignment within the next two months.
We will be unable to complete delivery by the stipulated date and would appreciate it if you would agree to extend the delivery time. Please note that the first consignment was shipped in due course. As to the second consignment we are hopeful that we will have it available during the first half of November. |
Мы хотели бы получить подтверждение того, что Вы согласны с продлением срока поставки до 15 февраля без применения штрафных санкций. Мы хотим объяснить, почему была задержка в отгрузке... Мы приносим извинения за задержку, которая произошла по не зависящим от нас обстоятельствам. К сожалению, мы сообщаем Вам, что доставка Вашей партии товара задерживается. К сожалению, у нас закончился материал, о котором Вы просили. Поскольку Вы запрашивали только этот материал, . мы не предлагаем заменитель, но надеемся, что нам поставят новую партию в течение следующих двух месяцев. Мы не сможем закончить поставку к назначенному сроку и были бы признательны, если бы Вы согласились продлить срок поставки. Просим отметить, что первая партия была отгружена вовремя. Что касается второй партии, то мы надеемся, что получим ее в течение первой половины ноября. |
