[Edit]Sting in the Tail and the future (2010–present)
In November 2009, Scorpions announced that their 17th studio album, Sting in the Tail, would be released in early 2010,[29] recorded in Hannover with Swedish producers Mikael "Nord" Andersson and Martin Hansen. Sting in the Tail was released on March 23, 2010.[30]
On January 24, 2010, the band announced that Sting in the Tail will be their last album and that the tour supporting it will be their final tour, although the band has since decided to continue to record after the tour is over.[16][17] Dokken was scheduled to open for them but canceled after a dispute.[31] The tour is expected to end in 2012 or 2013.
On 6 April 2010, Scorpions were enshrined in Hollywood's Rock Walk in a handprint ceremony,[32] with the band members placing their hands in a long slab of wet cement. The slab will be placed in the ground next to other musical artists on the Rock Walk.
According to bassist Paweł Mąciwoda, Scorpions will enter the studio in the fall of 2011 to re-record versions of their older material. At the beginning this retro collection was tentatively due for release in early 2012.[33] The album was titled Comeblack and was released on 7 November 2011.

Humanity Auf wiedersehen It's time to say goodbye The party's over As the laughter dies An angel cries Humanity It's au revoir to your insanity You sold your soul to feed your vanity Your fantasies and lies You're a drop in the rain Just a number not a name And you don't see it You don't believe it At the end of the day You're a needle in the hay You signed and sealed it And now you gotta deal with it Humanity Goodbye Goodbye Be on your way Adios amigo there's a price to pay For all the egotistic games you played The world you made Is gone You're a drop in the rain Just a number not a name And you don't see it You don't believe it At the end of the day You're a needle in the hay You signed and sealed it And now you gotta deal with it Humanity Humanity Goodbye Run and hide there's fire in the sky Stay inside The water's gonna rise and pull you under In your eyes I'm staring at the end of time Nothing can change us No one can save us from ourselves You're a drop in the rain Just a number not a name And you don't see it You don't believe it At the end of the day You're a needle in the hay You signed and sealed it And now you gotta deal with it Humanity Humanity Humanity Goodbye Goodbye Goodbye
Maybe I, maybe you Can make a change to the world We're reaching out for a soul That's kind of lost in the dark Maybe I, maybe you Can find the key to the stars To catch the spirit of hope To save one hopeless heart You look up to the sky With all those questions in mind All you need is to hear The voice of your heart In a world full of pain Someone's calling your name Why don't we make if true Maybe I, maybe you Maybe I, maybe you Are just dreaming sometimes But the world would be cold Without dreamers Ilke you Maybe I, maybe you Aree just soldiers of love Born to carry the flame Bringin' light to the dark You look up to the sky With all those questions in mind All you need is to hear The voice of your heart In a world full of pain Someone's calling your name Why don't we make if true Maybe I, maybe you
On a dark desert highway Cool wind in my hair Warm smell of colitas Rising up through the air Up ahead in the distance I saw the shimmering light My head grew heavy And my sight grew dim I had to stop for the night There she stood in the doorway I heard the mission bell And I was thinking to myself: This could be Heaven or This could be Hell Then she lit up a candle And she showed me the way There were voices down the corridor Thought I heard them say Welcome to the Hotel California Such a lovely place Such a lovely place Such a lovely face There's plenty of rooms in the Hotel California Any time of year (Any time of year) You can find them here Her mind is Tiffany-twisted She's got the Mercedes Benz She's got a lot of pretty, pretty boys That she calls friends How they dance in the courtyard Sweet summer sweat Some dance to remember Some dance to forget So I called up the captain "Please, bring me my wine" He said, "We haven't had that spirit here since 1969". And still those voices Are calling from far away Wake you up in the middle of the night Just to hear them say Welcome to the Hotel California Such a lovely place Such a lovely place Such a lovely face They're livin' it up At the Hotel California What a nice surprise (What a nice surprise) Bring your alibis Mirrors on the ceiling The pink champagne on ice And she said "We are all just prisoners here Of our own device". And in the master's chambers They gathered for the feast They stab it with their steely knives But they just can't kill the beast Last thing I remember I was running for the door And I had to find the passage back To the place I was before "Relax," said the night man "We are programmed to receive You can checkout any time you like But you can never leave!"
