Содержание, структура и организация
кандидатского экзамена по иностранному языку
Изучение иностранных языков является неотъемлемой составной частью подготовки специалистов различного профиля, призванных в соответствии с требованиями Государственного образовательного стандарта достичь уровня владения иностранным языком, позволяющего продолжить обучение и вести профессиональную деятельность в иноязычной среде.
Данная программа рассчитана на 140 часов аудиторной и 280 часов самостоятельной работы аспирантов (соискателей). Пользуясь программой в качестве основы, кафедры имеют право устанавливать необходимую глубину усвоения изучаемого материала и уровень сформированности речевых навыков и умений, обеспечивающих успешное осуществление научной деятельности в избранной сфере.
Перед практическим курсом иностранного языка стоит задача обеспечить подготовку специалиста, владеющего иностранным языком как средством осуществления научной деятельности в иноязычной языковой среде и средством межкультурной коммуникации, - специалиста, приобщенного к науке и культуре стран изучаемого языка, понимающего значение адекватного овладения иностранным языком для творческой научной и профессиональной деятельности.
Окончившие курс обучения по данной программе должны владеть орфографической, орфоэпической, лексической и грамматической нормами изучаемого языка в пределах программных требований и правильно использовать их во всех видах речевой коммуникации, представленных в научной сфере устного и письменного общения.
