3.2 Analysis of security with a manpower

Social responsibility of business of the company

JSC Kaztransgaz-Almaty pursues the personnel policy aimed at creation of highly professional labor collective and on development of corporate culture as a whole. The company promotes inflow of new shots.

The board of directors approves regular number of workers, and the Board establishes the schedule. In total in JSC Kaztransgaz-Almaty and its structural divisions 1 214 person works. [6]

The main directions of personnel policy of JSC Kaztransgaz-Almaty are:

- Support of young specialists;

- Maintenance of high level of motivation of the personnel;

- Continuous development of knowledge of employees;

- Development of effective system of social protection.

- Culture and sports support.

With a view of achievement of higher performance level and quality of work of the personnel, reduction of losses and expenses in the course of professional activity, increase of level of motivation of the personnel in the Company the system of continuous development of labor potential of workers operates. Training is conducted in two directions: external training (training according to long-term academic programs of higher educational institutions; training according to special multilevel programs of training centers; training and personnel certification in the field of labor protection and safety measures) and internally training (professional development on the basis of the Center of Technical training). So, in 2010 in JSC Kaztrangaz-Almaty, including Society subsidiaries, 168 workers of all for the sum of 8652 thousand tenge actually were trained. From them according to long-term academic programs 3 persons for the sum of 1979,00 thousand tenge were trained. Short-term training according to special programs of training centers there passed 145 workers for the sum 6674 thousand tenge. [6]

Arriving for work in JSC Kaztransgaz-Almaty special attention is paid, the full support on purpose as fast as possible is helped and harmoniously to adapt in the Company.

As in the company "Housing programme" - assistance to the invited workers in the solution of their housing questions by partial reimbursement on payment of rent of the dwelling (for term no more 3ех years) is provided when granting by the worker of the reference on absence at it and his members of the family of own dwelling in a place of performance of work.

Partial reimbursement on payment of rent of the dwelling is carried out proceeding from a useful area at a rate of no more than 25 sq.m on the worker and no more than 18 sq.m on each his member of the family. At excess of the specified sizes of the area of the dwelling the rent is paid by the worker.

In JSC Kaztransgaz-Almaty social responsibility is perceived as an integral part and a logic component of successful business. The companies are far not indifferent needs not only own workers, but also ordinary citizens of the country. JSC Kaztransgaz-Almaty cooperates with local authorities, helping them to raise level of social protection of the population. Within the program of patronage of orphanages pupils of two such establishments receive the help from the Company. JSC Kaztransgaz-Almaty aspires to improve situation in orphanages, helps their pupils to get education, to strengthen health, to find a profession and to find the place in life. For children of the staff of JSC Kaztransgaz-Almaty will organize summer holiday in children's camps and educational trips. The Company and doesn't forget about the Veterans, whose experience and skills are invaluable, constantly supporting them with traditional festive meetings.

The policy of the Company in the field of physical culture and sports is directed on strengthening of health of employees. Competitions between JSC Kaztransgaz-Almaty and other profile companies are constantly held. Participation of workers in sporting events strengthens not only their health, but also promotes strengthening of friendly relations and improvement of corporate culture. But not only sports talents and successes the Company is rich. In JSC Kaztransgaz-Almaty, within amateur performances, the vocal and tool Zhalyn ensemble as a part of which is created take part both ordinary workers, and top managers. All this promotes rapprochement and the confidential relations between the management and employees that further positively affects labor activity.

To all staff of JSC Kaztransgaz-Almaty there is a social support. They can count on lump sums and extra charges. The effective system of social protection and stimulation promotes attraction in JSC Kaztransgaz-Almaty of the qualified experts, reduces turnover of staff, strengthens corporate spirit and is a basis of a successful production activity.

Salary at the enterprise

The company has developed and approved the document How to pay workers of JSC "KazTransGas - Almaty", which establishes a system of time-based - premium pay, guarantees and compensation for employees, applies to all employees of the staff of the JSC.

Remuneration is based on the number, quality, complexity of work, timeliness and efficiency of execution of work.

Compensation of employees is in the form of wages, which is included in the salary, allowances, bonuses, prizes, awards for the holidays. Compensation of employees is carried out after the deduction of taxes and other obligatory payments. In Scheme approved salary salaries after deduction of taxes and other obligatory payments. Compensation of employees is carried out with funds provided for salaries in the budget of AO for the current financial year.

The control and responsibility for the distribution division is responsible, together with the structural unit, supervising the execution of the budget.

Payment of salary by not later than the 10th day to the employee's bank card, but the fees charged by the bank is paid by the Company.
