3.1 Planning at the enterprise
Planning at the enterprise is carried out according to Rules business of planning which establish uniform standard requirements to planning and monitoring financially – economic activity, development, coordination Business of the plan of JSC Kaztransgaz-Almaty and its subsidiaries.
The purpose of business planning - to achieve the final financial - economic performance over time and under certain resource implications.
Business plans for the planning period - five year period, to which JSC is planning its financial - economic activities to achieve their goals.
Production Program - 5 year plan for production and sales by type of core business.
- Responsible Department - structural unit of the Company, the functional responsibilities of the Company which includes coordination of the business plan of the Company.
- Administrator of the budget programs - any structural unit responsible for the formation and justification of the articles in the formation of the draft Business Plan, use of funds in the annual Business Plan.
- The Committee on Business Planning of JSC - a permanent body of AB, which coordinates the implementation of the process of business planning in SA through the mechanism of coordination and performance monitoring Business Plan of JSC and the consolidated Business plan of the company.
The basis formation of business plans:
1) Documents of a strategic nature - Development Strategy of the Shareholder, regulatory documents of JSC, JSC order to identify priorities and promising directions of development of the Company.
2) Forecasts of the macroeconomic indicators.
3) Basic requirements and recommendations to the draft business plan submitted by the Shareholder.
4) Decisions of the Committee on Business Planning.
A business plan is developed each year for 5 years on a rolling basis, involving the extension of the planning period of one year.
Monitoring of execution of indicators Business of the plan of JSC and a recreation center is carried out monthly. Structural divisions carry out monitoring of activity of joint stock company and a recreation center according to supervised sections Business of the plan and provide information in Responsible department: the main operational performance, it is production – economic indicators, volume of the bought goods, works, services at the Kazakhstan suppliers in total amount of purchases, concerning labor protection, environment and equipment – safety, cash flow, about dynamics of risks, about performance of actions for minimization of risks.
