XVII. Now you have to read the situations and write sentences with should (have) and shouldn’t (have). Sometimes you have to use the present, sometimes the past.

Examples: 1. The speed limit is 30 miles an hour but Tom is driving at

2. When we got to the restaurant there were no free tables. We

hadn’t reserved one. We should have reserved a table.
