    1. Enjoying the job is a the most important part of life, obviously the energy and emotions support the ideas that will give the ground to grow up in business and the success in the fastest way, but it would be rather difficult to develop job skills if the worker is not interested in.

    2. If a person is not satisfied with his\her career, he or she will not enjoy the process of work and very soon these feeling will merge with the profession.

Today people all over the world want to have a good job taken into worker’s considerations, but not everybody can find that one. Job dissatisfaction is a problem for many people.

Today people all over the world want to have a good job taken into worker’s considerations, but not everybody can find that one. There are many factors on what job satisfactory depends. Individual priorities and preferences play the main role in choosing a job, but sometimes even likable job can be unsatisfying process for workers. One of French greatest writers and philosophers, Voltaire, said that work can spare us from three evils: boredom, vice and need. Unfortunately, if the person is not satisfied with his career, he or she will not enjoy the process of work and very soon these feeling will merge with the profession. Enjoying the job is the most important part of life, obviously the energy and emotions support the ideas that will give the ground to grow up in business and the success in the fastest way, but it would be rather difficult to develop job skills if the worker is not interested in. Nevertheless, there are some solutions that can help earners to be satisfied with their career, including all criteria and preferences of workers, but still job dissatisfaction is a problem for many people, and this problem should be solved.

Job satisfaction is a description of worker’s content, where people show their skills individually. The happier people are within their job, the more satisfied they are said to be. Job satisfaction is not the same as motivation, although it is a way to show the professionalism and the knowledge. There are many reasons of misunderstandings at the workplace, such as low salary, work pressure, promotion, and because of that many workers start to be unsatisfied with their career. Misunderstanding includes low salary, problems with chief or collegues. Just because of that job process can be unsatisfied by many employers.

From 1924 to 1933 Hawthrone studies tried to find the effects of various conditions on worker’s productivity. The results showed that the increase of productivity resulted, not from only the new conditions, but from the knowledge or being observed. It means that people work for purposes to get something. For example to get the success or make money, or just do what they like by developing their skills. All of these investigate worker’s job satisfaction. Also the author of the book “Principles of Scientific Management” supports all these facts (Frederick Winslow Taylor, 1911). Nevertheless there is a job satisfaction theory, which explains that people seek to satisfy five specific needs in life – physiological needs, safety needs, social needs, self-esteem needs, and self-actualization (Kevin Scheid, 2002, p.2). This model served as a good basis from which early researchers could develop job satisfaction theories.

Every worker wants to have such kind of job which includes all his or her preferences, but even though the whole work cannot be idealistic. There are some causes of dissatisfaction at work. The article “5 Principal Causes” (2009) reports that one of the main causes is work pressure (p.1). The pressure depends from the job people work in, many times chief can use the possibilities of employers and ask them to do as many tasks as possible within a stipulated time, thus it creates unpleasant situation and unstable relations between employers and employees. Using the skills of one worker and showing it like total work is not fair and unacceptable in the business world. People should know their rights and some of them cannot be limited by others.

Another reason of work dissatisfaction is sudden cuts of salary. According to the article “5 Principal Causes” (2009) many workers afraid of that situation, because the main priority of choosing is paying check (p.1). Today the financial needs outweighed preferences of work. It means if there is a chance to have a job with a good salary, people will choose it one, despite of personal views. Obviously, the only think in which employer was satisfied is salary and if it becomes lower than it should, people start to find another work, where the salary is stable and satisfying. So money plays a huge role in people’s life, as the result it gives us a chance to survive and live in the world. Without stable financial situation earners cannot be responsible for the next day.

Frequently people think that team work is more fruitful than individual. Today many companies prefer the strategy of working in teams, but it can be resulted by unpleasant situations between employers. Thus it helps to appear a struggle for the success and posts, and it shows frankly who needs to be reduced in business. According to the article “Why teamwork is a bad idea” (2008) the collective average in the middle will be only 60% of members of the team left actually doing any work (p.1). Whereas one work harder than another, one always will be unpleasant with this process of work. Finally these members compete with each other instead of supporting their ideas together. Despite the fact, that employer is a professional one; early or late the struggle for the success in the team work can get them too.

Job dissatisfaction is a problem for all ages, especially for our generation. According to Job Satisfaction Statistics (2010) about 65 % of workers are not satisfied with their job. Thousands of Americans were consulted by giving them a questionnaire on employee job satisfaction (p.1). Though the reasons of dissatisfaction in job were different, actually it is related to the individual priorities and preferences. An employer might not be satisfied at his workplace, if he does not get a particular post, which he wants, or having low salary, or the salary, which is not stable; having controversies between workers is another additional problem to work dissatisfaction. Job dissatisfaction affects all employees in different degrees at different times. Like stress, how we choose to respond is more important than trying to deny the consequences.

Before making major changes workers should know all possible solutions and choose the best one. The first step to avoid dissatisfaction in job is to choose a right profession in teenage. According to the research (2010) about 24 million people had a career key test since 1997, which helps people to choose right professions (p.1). Moreover, the most population of having test people is young generation.

Due to this system children or students can choose a profession from their likes and preferences. They will know their strong and weak sides at future workplace. This test helps to avoid such mistakes which are connected with the choice of job (Lawrence K. Jones, 2009, p.1). It will show them the right way to go or sometimes students start to change their preferences for choosing the career that they want to be in. Also it is a huge advantage to parents; they can control or support their children by testing career key. They know their children, but sometimes they do not know exactly what they want from life and just because of this they try to support any rudiment of their professional skills. Despite the fact that this test is too simple and banal, people believe in the results of this test and try to develop their skills. Career test can help to choose profession that suits you, that can inspire your spirit to continue working day and never make you boring (Curt Rosengren, 2011, p.1). Mike Woodward (2011) emphasizes the idea of having test, which can specify people on one profession and in future without wasting time, their skills can be developed in the right way. (p.1). Young generation can take many occupation tests and select the best career from list of fields reported by testing services. It will give a huge opportunity to choose the best one and then develop it by having extra lessons, or being a part of special organization and etc. Finally if student choose the right profession he or she will enjoy the process and give better results than indifferent worker.

Counseling is the second solution of job satisfaction problem. With the help of counseling employers can predict working atmosphere. Before getting the job people are usually consulted by specialists from the following job. Due to them people can know all the concepts and details of the work, really it is not the best way to solve this problem, because consolers are fond of making their future employers to be interested in work sphere. According to the article, “Earnings and employment facts” (2006) 48 states license or certify professional counselors for independent private practice (p.2). It shows that using this service is well known enough in career sphere; in addition it helps to avoid disadvantages in job.

Sometimes happens when people do not fair with themselves just because they are not extremely sure what they are expecting to get from their knowledge in the future. Many people do not know in which direction they should study or work. In this case it is better to find right decision in early stage. One of the more productive options is to get practical experience by developing workers’ skills. (Linnea Caswell, 2008, p.1). According to the survey of NACE (2008) employers extended job offers to nearly 70 percent of their interns, up from 57 percent in 2001 (p.1). It shows that the rate of its popularity is growing and very soon it can be one of the best solutions of job dissatisfaction. If person is going to a new degree or certification, he must be sure that he gets information about successful placement. Usually people suggest to practice in vary spheres for having choice. It helps people to be more creative and learn how to make correct decisions. In consequences person can choose different way nor stay in the same.

Another part of people think that changing profession will help to be satisfied with their jobs. (Unknown author) “Career change statistics” (2008) reports that workers consider career changing for a variety of reasons, including unhappiness and promotion at work (p.2). It is supposed that unhappiness is frankly the same as job dissatisfaction. Also it is often difficult to tell the difference between a promotion and a career change. If worker cannot be promoted by his hardworking, knowledge and skills, they try to find another sphere to work in. Sometimes career changing is not a good idea because worker have to change guide, some behaviors, and he has to adapt to the workplace and society again. Really it depends from the personality and his or her preferences, whether they like new experiences whether they do not. “Career change statistics” (2008) deals with the result of research which shows that person will be making a career change approximately 5-7 times during their working life (p.1). It can be resulted by dissatisfaction of job. Changing a career is good solution for those people who are not afraid trying something new or dramatically change the position in life; nevertheless it is very hard to work at another job, where an employer will be like a freshman in university. First time the person will be a black sheep in the society and feel uncomfortable, but then worker should take a contact with other team workers. On the other hand it is a great opportunity to show skills and knowledge again in a better way, may be at last work earner had not a chance to prove the professionalism of your skills and now the worker would not do the same mistakes. So it can be concluded that changing a career helps to get satisfaction from new place of work, anyway during all life the majority of people try to have as many experiences as possible.

All things considered, the best solution of job dissatisfaction is motivating people in work process. This solution can be supported by strong evidences. For example, according to the questionnaire of Kimep’s students 17 people out of 20 told that they choose their job because of salary, but first of all it means that they are fond of salary, and then think about what they are going to do. If the salary is high enough and the person does not like the process of job, approximately he or she will stay at that post. Because job satisfaction includes everything: salary, working process, work atmosphere, relations with colleagues and chief (Curt Rosengren, 2011, p.1) Frankly every person has different motivations for working and the reasons for working are as different as individuality is. Some people work for love; others work for personal fulfillment. The author of the article "Employee Motivation" (2010) also appreciate the idea of motivating workers in different way that can be leaded by great results (p.1)  Additionally the relationship between job satisfaction and motivation are connected, and organizations who have a desire to be successful must appreciate employees’ motivations. Furthermore it is important for organizations to put in place monitoring systems to assess the needs of employees at all levels in other to develop programs for staff development and to appreciate employee perceptions about the conditions under which they work. This can help organizations to stay competitive in an era where it is believed that employees, who are satisfied, are likely to be more committed to organizational goals. Obviously only people’s

motivation can help to save the person’s preferences in life. It is a great chance to show personality’s character and the knowledge that have been before. By motivating workers chief can control and create friendlier atmosphere in a work team. Today majority of people prefer high salaries instead of enjoying the process of work. In the modern life new generation tries to find the easiest and the fastest way to get high posts, nevertheless workers cannot buy knowledge or make themselves to do the best without any interest. So people should motivate themselves and organize clearly all their goals that in future should be achieved in the most qualified way.

From the discussions it is clear that employees who are not satisfied have a big variety of choices, such as planning the job career from early ages and then specifying in one way with the help of profession test; being counseled by professionalizes; having more work experiences by taking internship; another solution is to change a career place and the best one is motivation of workers’ preferences. It might be concluded that all these solutions are possible, and they can not be a real without personality’s activity, too. If worker is unsatisfied with his job, he should not afraid of changing and the truth of situation. Nevertheless for having a good live, people should be more realistic and know the moments when it is better to make a change. Work is huge part of life and majority of people, from early ages, do everything to find a good job in future. It can be conducted that the job which workers found are results of studying and developing skills, thus people should know how it really feels to be satisfied with their career situation.
