The search is based on treatment results of 346 patients with urolithiasis accompanying with pyelonephritis. All patients had carried out distance of the shock-wave lithotripsy. It was proved that lithotripsy with traditional drug benefit aggravate state of immune status. Inclusion in traditional drug course pharmacological modulators such as likopid, derinat and their combination helps to correct immunological disorders, reduces risk of urinary tract infections and improves patients clinical state.

The method of isolating hernioplasty with antiadhesional barrier means have been developed. This method was applied to 32 patients (group1). All results were compared with the ones in the group 2. Patients from the second group had a surgery with reticulated explants, which isolated from abdominal cavity organs by soft tissue. (40 patients). To evaluate surgical features of operations with antiadhesional barrier means (ABM) we studied the following parameters: duration of the intraoperative phase of installation ABM and its influence on the overall duration of the operation; the severity of pain in the early days of the postoperative period; the duration of the recovery period of bowel function in the immediate postoperative period.
