XI.Японці вже придумали, чим замінити Інтернет
Нам тільки здається , що у всесвітній павутині можна залишатися анонімом. Всі наші повідомлення, відвідування всіляких сайтів відслідковує компанія-провайдер, яка надає нам послуги Інтернет. Як і в випадку з операторами мобільного зв’язку, коли наш дзвінок спочатку йде на найближчу станцію – соту, і тільки потім іде до нашого абонента. І при бажання всі ці відомості можна передати якій-небудь третій особі. Так і с іншого боку, якщо влада держави забажає, щоб її громадяни не змогли відвідувати який-небудь ресур, то вони завжди зможуть наказати підконтрольним їм провайдерам заблокувати вихід в небажані сайти. Таке, наприклад, частенько трапляється у Китаї, Ірані і інших державах, які іноді називають авторитарними.
Багато не хочуть миритися з такою системою, і зараз в Японії вчені розробляють глобальну комп’ютерну Мережу, яка з часом зможе замінити Інтернет. ЇЇ суть полягає в повній анонімності усіх користувачів. Люди будуть виходити в Мережу не через провайдерів, а напряму. А анонімність буде забезпечуватись тим, що при кожному виході в нову Мережу користувачу буде присвоюватися нова адреса (зараз в Інтернеті вона є у кожного комп’ютера постійна і незмінна).
Програмне забезпечення практично розроблене, і його можна інсталювати на звичайні настільні комп’ютери. Та і не обов’язково тільки на комп’ютери, программа займає настільки мало місця, що її реально інсталювати навіть у стільниковий телефон. Розробники надіються, що до 2020 року нова Мережа повністю охопить всю планету. Правда, анонімність і безкаранність в новій глобальній Мережі дозволить повність розвернутися багато чисельним кібер-хуліганам. Але тут уже як в реальному житті – плюсів без мінусів майже не буває.
