Ted What are you doing tomorrow morning, Bill?

Bill I ‘m going fishing. You know I always go fishing on Sunday mornings, do you want to come with me?

Ted No thanks. I’ve gone fishing in the river dozens of times but I’ve never caught a decent fish there in my life.

Bill If you came with me you would catch some lovely fish. Last week I caught the biggest trout I have

ever seen.

Ted Where did you catch it?

Bill By the railway bridge near Stoke. A lot of fish are caught there.

Ted Last year a policeman saw me while I was fishing and he told me that fishing was not allowed there.

Bill I always hide behind a tree. I can't be seen from the road.

Ted If someone reports you to the police, you be made to pay a big fine.

Bill I have been fishing there every weekend for the last six months, and I am not going to stop now (I won’t stop).

Exercise 2
