Origins, Ideology and Structure of Sikhism

The article discusses the origins, beliefs and religious worship of Sikhism. The teaching which appeared in the XV–XVI centuries is now one of the Indian religions, its followers making about 2% of the total population of this country. Sikh doctrine is a unique combination of Islam and Hinduism. In conclusion, the author analyses Sikh teachings from a Christian point of view. In the article use the author translation of Adi Granth.
