Классификатор ЕСКД

Большое число конструкторско-технологических задач требует классификации деталей и сборочных единиц по их геометрическим характеристикам. Классификатор ЕСКД представляет собой экспертную систему для быстрого и однозначного присвоения кода проектируемой детали.

Классификатор содержит уникальную базу данных векторных изображений — около 8000 эскизов машиностроительных деталей (классы с 71 по 75). Для назначения кода конструктору достаточно ответить на пять вопросов о геометрии детали и просмотреть предложенные эскизы. Предусмотрен также режим нечеткого поиска эскиза по части геометрических признаков.

Назначенный код используется для обоснованного заимствования типовых конструкторско-технологических проектных решений.

Классификатор ЕСКД интегрирован с системой КОМПАС-ГРАФИК. Кроме того, он может эксплуатироваться как самостоятельное приложение или быть связан с любой САПР, поддерживающей работу с СОМ-серверами.
