  • Launching our coffee shop business should be planned well before we open it to the public. In our business plan we considered competition and also the ways on how we can build faithful customers with promotional ideas.

  • We defined café brand and name. We planed brand of products, services and also the overall design of business establishment. When it comes to brand, we have to make sure that the color, design and also the message is captivating enough that customers would want to look more on what we offer once they read the message that imparting to customers.

  • We make sure that the printed messages in our brand of products are visible. For instance, we will print café brand at coffee mugs, paper hot cupsand on pastry plates. We printed brand captivating that customers would read the messages in a way that they can relate it to their acquaintances. We avoided mimicking other brands of coffee establishments. Customers tend to memorize a type of brand so we make sure that ours is unique and it doesn’t copy others.

Executive Summary

  • Chocoworld is established by Kantureyeva Symbat, Assubayeva Alima, Abilbek Alina and Sultanova Amina.

  • Chocoworld, unlike a typical café will provide to consumers a hundred types of chocolate, sweets, candies, truffles and so on. Chocoworld is an answer to increasing demand. Chocoworld will be able to capture a large share of the market and maintain a dominating presence. Chocoworld’s goal is to provide the community with a social, entertaining, luxury atmosphere. It will have store-front and delivery service.

  • Successful operation in year one will provide Chocoworld with a customer base that will allow it to be self sufficient in year two.

  • Chocoworld aspires to be the leading chocolate cafe in Almaty and for our brand to be synonymous of sweet and satisfying lifestyle.

Objectives

  • Chocoworld's objectives for the first three years of operation include:

  1. The creation of a unique, upscale, innovative environment that will differentiate us from local cafes and shops.

  2. The formation of an environment that will bring people with diverse interests and backgrounds together in a common forum.

  3. Desserts from all over the world for gourmets at a reasonable price.

  4. Access to the online orders and free shipping.

  5. Great coffee and bakery items.

Mission

The mission will be to exceed the customers' expectations in every sense by providing ambiance for every sensory perception. The atmosphere and food will please the customers hearing, taste, smell, touch and sight, and provide an exciting creative environment. The employees will be trained with exceptional customer service and will be empowered to make decisions based on the business philosophies. Chocoworld's primary responsibility lies within its community, to whom we offer desserts from the rest of the world. As the popularity of the qualitative chocolates continues to grow at an exponential rate, easy and affordable access is quickly becoming a necessity of life. Chocoworld provides communities with the ability to access the Internet, enjoy a cup of hot chocolate and delicious chocolate pancake. People with different incomes of all ages and backgrounds will come to enjoy the unique, upscale, luxury environment that we provide. We will emphasize personal relationships with our customers.
