Unless strict attention is paid to observing and recording all relevant regulations we provide an opportunity for a regulatory authority to track back through our records for up to three years and accuse us of pollution.

Cargo Record Book
MARPOL II RECORD KEEPING
The previous slides show the layout of a Cargo Record Book (CRB) as required to be kept by the Annex-II regulations. Example shown is a Liberian Flag State Cargo Record Book but the structure of the Cargo Record Book is the same for all flags.
It is similar to the ORB required under Annex-1, has instructions, a tank plan to be completed and pages to record cargo and tank cleaning operations.
