Communication” (unit 1 presentation) Grigoriev Anton, 366group

I’ve divided my presentations into 3 main parts, trying to emphasize the most important treats of communication for the company and its employers. In first part there will be described types of communication. The second will be about social networks it the company. And in the last I will try to describe successful communicator.

So now let’s move to the first part of my presentation. Of course everybody knows that communication is one of the most important tools to use to achieve success in business. But what is communication in fact? It can be divided to 2 types. Written and spoken communication. These terms are very common and casual but they both are very important. Written form is more formal and lucid. Your partners, customers & colleagues always will exchange different information with you. And you should know how to answer faxes, letters, e-mails, how to write reports just to avoid misunderstanding. Spoken form is usually less formal if you speak face to face. And there you can afford some informal steps, showing your sense of humor, your body language. Phone calls are usually more official. That’s all I’d like to tell in the first part and now let’s move to the second.

Here I would like to emphasize the social networks in the firm which influence company’s efficacy a lot. First of all employees can easily communicate & be this tool to provide successful quid pro quo system. People can rely on each other. Secondly social networks develop personnel’s minds. So they understand the purpose of their actions. And on the other hand to understand the aim of the company. The management can afford to persuade the staff easier. As you can see it is very important to keep social networks. That is the end of part two which brings me to the third part.

To say the truth there are no lucid treats and features which successful communicator should have. But he/she should be fluent and lucid. There shouldn’t be any types of rambling. He or she shouldn’t look inhibited or hesitant. In fact a lot depends on senses. So communicator should be sensitive and responsive. There is a piece of expert’s advice. Train yourself and these qualities will appear themselves. And here is the end of the last part of my presentation.
