Step Two: Exercise |
|
|
|
|
Client: Stretch your arms forward from the shoulder, fingers straight |
|
|
|
|
and palms facing the floor. Hold the arms as steadily as you can. Look |
|
|
|
|
into the therapist’s eyes. Concentrate and be as angry as you can. Try |
|
|
|
|
to hold on to your anger. |
|
|
|

Therapist: Look into the client’s eyes. Begin by striking the back of the |
|
|
|
hands firmly. Clear your energy between each strike by gently shaking |

the hands. As you continue striking, the force gradually becomes lighter |
||
|
|
and lighter, moving toward a light tapping. Ask the client to inhale |
||
|
|
deeply and hold the breath. Continue tapping and then have the client |
||
|
|
|
exhale as you each relax. |

Commentary (from the Student): The first few strikes really intensify |

the anger, concentrating it, taking it from a diffused, undifferentiated |

The effect is almost stroboscopic, a flashing, as the force is applied |
|
|
|
|
to the hand. The first section is very intense as the feeling becomes |
|
|
|
|
concentrated and it starts to differentiate the experience, affecting the |
|
|
|
|
nervous system much like a jeweler or gem cutter fastening a stone. The |
|
|

this differential begins to vibrate that anger and starts shaking different |
|

parts of it until it just crumbles, allowing it to release from a ‘feeling |

also seems to be a stimulation of the vagus nerve. |

Never ever blame a woman, she is just a reflection. That's |
hundred things. But actually, if you want to look at it, you are |

There is nothing. I flew over it once. The captain said, "we are going over the exact North Pole right now," everybody went to the window. There is nothing, just nothing.
It's a short trip to this Earth, averaging 65 to 85 years, maximum a hundred, you got to go. Just understand that it is just a hotel, a big hotel where you live and you pay. You pay the rent. When you become a parent, that's what it is. Pay the rent—and living costs. What do you pay for living on the Earth? Pranas—the life, the pranic breath. You turn the pranic breath into labor and you pay the rent. Whenever you go, they close you like a book, put you in a closet (they call it a 'coffin') and dig a piece of land and stick you in. Isn't that your library? Earth. Then they say 'dust to dust,' soul to the rest.
There are two ways your soul can go: either to rest or to rust, whichever you want. You can cause the cause to cycle and cycle and cycle and cycle or you can cause the cause to end and end and end, forever. Why can't you cause the cause to end? Because you do not let it unfold, not only others but even in yourself. So unfold yourself. Here is a kriya for it.
