8. Word formation (Different ways to construct the words or new notions)

8.1 State to what part of speech the following words belong according to their suffixes

appearance, possible, structure, competitor, equipment, necessary, local,

deployment, specific, customer, military, competitive, remember, exactly,

consistency, character, necessity, competition, assistant, collaborator.

8.2 Translate the following chains of words кеерing in mind their suffixes

´benefice – ´benefit – bene´ficiary – bene´ficial – be´neficent – be´neficense – bene´factor – bene´faction

8.3 Translate the following words as nouns and as verbs

change, design, mention, place, manufacture, state, telephone, use, target, base, approach, result, rule, view, house, market, study, progress.

8.4 Read and translate the words. Mind the stress. (See pp. 203-204, 258)

ex. 'conduct – con'duct, 'subject – sub'ject,

9. Translate the sentences into English
