Данное методическое пособие предназначено для магистров ТУСУРа следующих направлений: промышленная электроника и наноэлектроника, телекоммуникации, вычислительная техника, программирование, экономика и коммерция. Пособие составлено в соответствии с целями и задачами дисциплины «Английский язык для магистров». Учебно-методическое пособие состоит из 16 тем, 6 грамматических минимумов, 17 функций и нескольких приложений. Выбор тем и функций осуществляется преподавателем в зависимости от специализации группы. В целом предполагается изучение 3 тем, 3 грамматических минимумов и 6 функций в семестр (36 часов). Каждая тема рассчитана на 4 занятия и состоит из следующих частей:
Reading and Vocabulary (основной текст с заданиями на понимание и вокабуляр)
Specialized Reading (текст для детального изучения с заданиями на понимание и вокабуляр)
Listening (материал для прослушивания или просмотра с заданиями на понимание и расшифровку текста)
Functions (изучение отдельных языковых функций)
Grammar Minimum (грамматический минимум для совершенствования навыков грамматического оформления речи)
В конце каждой темы предполагается написание письменной работы по изученной теме с использованием навыков и вокабуляра, полученных в процессе изучения темы. Кроме того, предполагается составление монологического высказывания – мини-доклада или мини-презентации – по изученной теме.
Учебно-методическое пособие «English for Masters. Английский язык для магистров» размещено в электронном виде на образовательном портале ТУСУРа.
