There goes the active development of a modern market infrastructure, extensive possibilities are created for foreign investments in traditional as well as new branches of economy. 4. Neither easy nor fast the way to Siberian oil was. 5. A part of the program is the intensive establishment and strengthening of international relations. 6. For a short period of time a developed net of commercial banks, stock exchanges have been created, international tenders for the right of oil and gas fields development become traditional. 7. And there was 1953, the first open gas flow in Beryozovo, 1960 – the first oil gusher in Shaim. 8. Even in the last century scientists tried to find underground treasures behind the Urals. 9. The closest contacts have been established with the province of Alberta in Canada, with Alaska, with the Lower Saxony in Germany and with Scotland. 10. And today, under conditions of an arising civilized market, the Tyumen region continues to be a pioneer, innovator, sort of a testing area. 11. Foreign partners getting better knowledge of the economy and culture of Siberians are able to make profitable investments in projects necessary for Tyumen residents. 12. Tyumen has opened wide the doors for business delegations from abroad, Tyumen inhabitants themselves often visit their partners in Italy, France, Great Britain, Holland. 13. In the region, in accordance with the decree of President the Complex Development Program is being administered. 14. The benefit from these relations is mutual.
