7.2Internal User I/O Wiring Harness and Air Line
17 wires (0.5 mm2) and an air line are used in the manipulator for the drive of the peripheral device mounted on the upper arm as shown in " Fig. 14 Internal User I/O Wiring Harness and Air Line ".
The connector pins 1 to 17 are assigned as shown in " Fig. 14 Internal User I/O Wiring Harness and Air Line ".
Wiring is to be performed by user, following the conditions below:
•The allowable current for user cable: 2.7 A or less for each cable
•The maximum pressure for the air line: 490 kPa (5 kgf/cm2) or less (The air hose inside diameter: 8 mm.)
Connector for internal user I/O wiring harness:
JL05-2A22-14SC (socket connector with a cap).
Prepare pin connector: JL05-6A22-14P.
Exhaust port Tapped hole PT3/8 with pipe plug
