My family

My name is… . I am 18. After graduation from school I entered Gomel State University named after F. Scorina. Now I am a first year student of Mathematical Department. Our university trains future teachers, engineers and research workers.

I have a family. My family is (not) large. We are four: a mother…. . My mother is a very kind woman. Her name is… . She works as a …. She does her best for us to feel warm and safe. It is her duty to do shopping, to cook and to take care of us and our grandparents. I consider my Mum to be intelligent, loyal and tolerant. She is calm, kind hearted, natural and warm.

My father’s name is … . He is engaged in business. He is a respectful person. My father is able to solve many family problems and he likes to organize our spare time. Besides he is very supportive and he is an easy-going man.

My sister (brother) is … years old. She (he) is a schoolgirl (boy). She (he) is easy to deal with. I can say we have much in common. We enjoy each other’s company

I think our family is rather friendly. We share our domestic chores, sorrow and joy, views and opinions. We usually try not to blame each other in difficult situations and avoid conflicts. We do our best to live in harmony and forgive willingly.

My grandparents (do not) live with us. They are retired. I consider them to be sensible , tactful and generous.
