William Shakespeare (1564–1616) was an English poet,
playwright, and actor, considered by many as the greatest
English writer. Hundreds of specialists were able to translate
his works into every major language, and most of the plays are
performed more often than those of any other author. Also
known as “Twelfth Night, or What You Will,” this play is a
comedy that revolves around the twins Viola and Sebastian,
who are separated in a shipwreck. Viola, disguised as a man
named Cesario, falls in love with Duke Orsino, who is also in
love with Countess Olivia. On the other side Countess falls
in love with Viola thinking she is a man, thus creating an
intriguing love triangle.

If music be the food of love, play on,
Give me excess of it; that, surfeiting,
The appetite may sicken and so die. –
That strain again; – it had a dying fall;
O, it came o’er my ear like the sweet south,
That breathes upon a bank of violets,
Stealing and giving odour. – Enough; no more;
‘Tis not so sweet now as it was before.
O spirit of love, how quick and fresh art thou!
That, notwithstanding thy capacity
Receiveth as the sea, nought enters there,
Of what validity and pitch soever,
But falls into abatement and low price

CURIO.
Will you go hunt, my lord?
DUKE.
What, Curio?

Why, so I do, the noblest that I have:
O, when mine eyes did see Olivia fi rst,
Methought she purg’d the air of pestilence;
That instant was I turn’d into a hart;
And my desires, like fell and cruel hounds,
E’er since pursue me. – How now! what news from her?

So please my lord, I might not be admitted,
But from her handmaid do return this answer:
The element itself, till seven years’ heat,
