Biomarkers as Targeted Herbal Drug Discovery
there is necessity to transmit out such accomplishments in vivo. Further, such varied methodologies will comfort us taking our natural composites or plant-derived metabolites to the next stage of drug discovery or novel drug delivery systems, focused for clinical trials. Additionally, the number of reports engaged towards the recognition of plant isolated metabolites with the aptitude to constrain the vital enzymes of Leishmania parasites is also limited. Hence, there is a necessity to perform such studies related to the mechanism of action of these selective plant-based metabolites. A harmless, shorter, and inexpensive treatment, the empathy of the most cost operative scrutiny system and control approaches, appropriate vector control method are some of the most significant characteristics for the control and complete abolition of this lethal disease.

ABSTRACT
Abundant adverse effects following the administration of synthetic drugs mainly in the case of chronic diseases have led the human life to a faceless threat for a healthy lifestyle. Medicaments from herbal sources have emerges as a safe choice and a better alternative. History of herbal drugs in the health care system is almost as old as human civilization and herbs more than thousand in numbers have been listed under the traditional system for treatment of various cardiovascular problems. Many of these plants have been found to provide desired pharmacological actions but their clinical use is very less due to their low bioavailability and other related profiles. According to WHO about 80% of the population still believe that drugs from natural sources has potential for advancement on clinical platform. Nanotechnology bears much hope for the development of many of these poor bioavailable
